Changes on Tarifas para el Servicio P ublico de Transporte not being picked up by the archive

As you can see http://nl.gob.mx/?P=tarifas has changed since I submitted it to the archive, yet http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://nl.gob.mx/?P=tarifas shows only the 2008 version. Can something be. ..
